The bar in the foyer is always open before the performance, during intermission, and after the show on weekends only. Grab a snack, refresh yourself with a fruity «Theaterchose», or try our wine from the Schlegel Weingut zur alten Post. Cheers!
Extra tip: No waiting in line. Order your drink or snack for intermission at your leisure at the theater bar before the performance. Order forms are available on the tables. Your order will be ready for you in the foyer at the start of intermission. You won’t have to wait in line.

How do I get to the Lucerne Theater, and where can I park?
The Lucerne Theater is a 5-minute walk from Lucerne Train Station. After arriving by bus or train, take a short stroll along the Reuss River. You can also take the bus to the «Kantonalbank» stop, from which the theater is just a two-minute walk away.
If you’re arriving by car, we recommend using a parking garage. The «Kantonalbank», «Kesselturm», and «Bahnhofparking» garages are located a short distance from the theater. All three garages offer electric vehicle parking spaces, and the Bahnhofparking and Kesselturm garages also offer wheelchair-accessible parking spaces.
